Student accounts must be paid in full or have an acceptable payment plan in place by the semester&#8217;s due date. \u00a0If the semester payment due date has passed, payment is due upon registration. Students with unpaid accounts may be dropped from class(es). If payment or a payment plan is not in place by the due date, the account will be assessed a late fee ($250 for day students; $100 for all other populations).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Using Financial Aid or a Third-Party<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To use financial aid or a third-party payer as an acceptable payment plan, the student must have completed all requirements and submitted the required paperwork and electronic signatures by the payment due date.\u00a0 If your Employer offers Tuition Reimbursement, please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rivier.edu\/financial-aid\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2024\/05\/Employer-Reimbursement-Form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">complete the form here<\/a> and return it before the Payment Due Date of the term, and follow the instructions to establish a Deferred Payment Plan.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Strategic Partner Program | Course Discounts<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>As a member of Rivier\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rivier.edu\/financial-aid\/tuition-fees\/strategic-partners-program\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Strategic Partners Program<\/a>, partner employees receive a tuition discount.<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Making a One-Time Payment on a Student Account<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Click the Student Finance button within <a href=\"https:\/\/rivu-ss.colleague.elluciancloud.com\/\">Self-Service<\/a>.\n<ol>\n<li>On your account summary page, click the \u201cMake a Payment\u201d link.<\/li>\n<li>You will be redirected to this screen:<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rivier.edu\/financial-aid\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2024\/04\/Picture1.png\" alt=\"Screenshot of &quot;Make a Payment&quot; page on Colleague Self-Service\" width=\"572\" height=\"273\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cContinue to Payment Center.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>On the My Account tab, click <em>Make a Payment<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>View your current balance, and click <em>Make a Payment<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Click the checkbox beside the term for which you are paying; enter the payment amount.\n<ol>\n<li>Click <em>Continue<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Select the payment method (electronic check or credit card), and click <em>Select<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Follow the prompts to enter your account info and process the payment.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rivier.edu\/financial-aid\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2024\/04\/Student-Payments_4.22.24.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click for a step-by-step walkthrough.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Upcoming Payment Due Dates The payment deadline for SU26 courses is April 22, 2026.
